4X4 Hire Scotland came to us with a very clear guidlines. To simply and streamline their processes as well as increase the ability to communicate with their customers.
After initial discussions with them it was made clear that an app would be the most effective tool in meeting their needs and we set out to achieve the desired outcome.
Key aspects of the project which have enabled them to combat privies challenges include:
A completed digitised process from enquiry to deposit payments and the integration of a payment gateway to ensure scything could be done via the app and integrated with existing systems.
Geo location technology. 4X4 prides itself on complete care package when you hire one of their vehicles. The app has allowed them to include all necessary information to support the customers experience including points of interest with geo-locations and route guidance.
Emergency access. having one central information point within the app has allowed customers to get in touch with the relevant party quickly and efficiently when the inevitable occurs. One click calling to all offices as well as emergency contacts mean that they are always able to get in touch with the appropriate person quickly and efficiently and without the need to frantically look for hire documents like days of old.
