4X4 Hire Scotland came to us with a very clear guidlines. To simply and streamline their processes as well as increase the ability to communicate with their customers.

One click calling to all offices as well as emergency contacts mean that they are always able to get in touch with the appropriate person quickly and efficiently and without the need to frantically look for hire documents like days of old.
Customer involvement - Via the ‘Document Sender’ section, customer can quickly share their experiences in the form of text, photo or even video. This content is received and immediately accessible to 4X4 via the app dashboard content management system.
Push Notifications have been a great asset to 4x4 Hire. In the case of emergency or other information that is required to be sent to all existing hires, a push notification can be sent instantly and for free to all app users.
